The working principle of the bedpan washer is thermal disinfection. That is, the steam generator is injected and heated to generate steam, and the container placed in the chamber is sterilized by the steam. Bedpan washer are intended for the cleaning and sanitizing of reusable containers for human excreta such as bedpans and urinals.
