Mini PCR Work Station for rapid nucleic acid detection
The Mini PCR Work Station is a device that provides safe and environmental protection for the rapid nucleic acid detection process in fever clinic and emergency clinic of hospitals. The equipment is divided into three areas, namely reagent preparation area, specimen preparation area and amplification analysis area. The reagent preparation area is a positive pressure area. The specimen preparation area and amplification analysis area are negative pressure areas.
Application:
It is suitable for rapid nucleic acid detection in the fever clinic and emergency department of hospital.
Features:

(5) Side & back wall is made up of single piece stainless steel.
(6) Interlock function: UV lamp and front window; UV lamp and blower, fluorescent lamp; Blower and front window.
(7) Audio and visual alarm: Filter replacement, window over height, abnormal air flow velocity etc.
(8) Front 7° slanted to offer operator comfort while working for long time, reduce glare and maximize reach into the work area.
(9) Time reserve function: This can set the UV lamp and fan working time.
(10) It is divided into three areas, each area does not interfere with each other; the three areas are closely designed to reduce the sample transfer time between each area and improve the efficiency of rapid nucleic acid detection.

Reagent preparation area:
Positive pressure, vertical laminar flow design, equipped with primary filter and HEPA filter, which can protect the reagent preparation from external pollution and protect the reagent.
Specimen preparation area:
Negative pressure; the air inlet is through the front window glass door, the bottom of the operation area is returned to the air, and the top is exhausted; the upper and lower two HEPA filters are equipped to protect personnel from harmful aerosol infection and protect samples from external pollution. It can protect samples from cross-infection.
Amplification analysis area:
Negative pressure, the air inlet is through the front window glass door, the bottom of the operation area is returned to the air, and the top is exhausted, and the HEPA filter can protect both the personnel and the environment. Not infected by harmful aerosols.
