Vertical Autoclave

Application:
It is widely used in laboratories, inspection departments, food processing enterprises, pharmaceutical factories, etc for sterilization of equipment and medical waste. it uses gravity displacement to discharge the cold air in the sterilization chamber to ensure the sterilization effect. It is mainly applicable to the sterilization of solid surgical instruments, rubber products, dressings and cotton masks with packaging or without packaging.

Features:
1. High-quality materials: The sterilization chamber is made of high-quality S30408 stainless steel with electrolytic polishing, which is not prone to corrosion and rust. The pot wall is covered with insulating cotton.

2. Operation interface: It uses an LED digital tube display, which can display real-time information such as the operating status of the equipment during operation, the temperature inside the chamber, and alarm codes, facilitating users' observation.

3. Diverse programs:

BKQ-Z50E: Solid bare instrument program(126°C), packaged instrument program(126°C), rubber program(121°C), fabric program(126°C), liquid program(121°C), custom program 1(105~126°C), custom program 2(105~126°C), select the appropriate program and temperature according to the items to be sterilized.

BKQ-B50E:Solid bare instrument program(134°C), packaged instrument program(134°C), rubber program(121°C), fabric program(134°C), liquid program(121°C), custom program 1(105~136°C), custom program 2(105~136°C), select the appropriate program and temperature according to the items to be sterilized.

1.Normally for merchandise which total chargeable G.W. are less than 45Kg, we could of UPS / DHUFEDEX / TNT express with door to door service, you just need to pay some custom cleara charge for receiving the items at your specificater address.Shipping date is about 5-7 days.
